MY POLICIES

Stradsaws require a large amount of labor and time to build.  The workmanship is world-class and the end results are highly satisfying.  I work all alone and I am only able to build Stradsaws part-time, due to having to juggle a regular job against saw making.  When you order a Stradsaw, be prepared for a three-month build period.

Occasionally I will have a finished instrument up for sale, which can be purchased and shipped immediately.  But normally the only way to obtain a Stradsaw is to contact me and sign onto my waiting list, for a custom build.  This way, you are assured a secure place in line - and the musical saw of your dreams!

When you place an order on the waiting list, no payment is due until the job is complete.  Once I am done, I will send you an invoiced bill, which is then due immediately.  If you fail to respond to the emailed invoice within a week or two, I have the option of selling your instrument to someone else in line - so please watch for updates!

Once a build is completed, I will contact you and invoice you with a bill, including shipping cost.  Once you are billed, I ship within one week of your payment.  I can ship anywhere in the world.  All shipments include full insurance.  I generally ship either through UPS or USPS.

Undamaged returns in original packaging are accepted within 5 business days of receipt.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  No returns are accepted after the 5-day grace period.  Please notify me of a pending return before shipping.  Once I receive and inspect a return, a refund  will be issued as soon as possible.
