My Mission
The Musical Saw Shop is all about hand-crafted, world-class musical saw instruments. Each "singing saw" is made to be a unique work of art, unlike any other. The build process is slow and meticulous - there is no assembly line!
My Services
I offer custom-built musical saws, using solid hardwoods and hand-
made blades. Stradsaws are not pre-made, and there is a waiting period for each new build. The Average wait time is three months. To order a Stradsaw, please contact me directly using the "Contact Me" form below. I will reply promptly, and we'll go over the details of what you want. No prepayment is required on Stradsaw orders - payment is only due upon completion. Please allow 3 months per build.

Every Stradsaw includes a matching saw cheat/bending lever! My saw cheats are fine works of art and very valuable - which is part of why StradSaws are a terrific bargain at their asking price.
Unfortunately, I have found that attempting to make and sell saw cheats by themselves is non-lucrativbe and unsustainable. Each cheat requires so much labor to create that I made no profit at all when I used to sell cheats alone...I had to stop selling them because it took too much time away from making my StradSaws!
But if you are thinking about ordering a Stradsaw, this section will show you what styles are available with your saw order. Let me know if you prefer a particular style when you contact me.
Simple Curved Cheat
This is the default design that is included on all StradSaws at no extra cost, unless a client prefers another design!

Ergonomic Special Cheat
This highly sculptured design requires double labor to build, and it will add a bit to your StradSaw package price. Designed to fit the human hand, and it allows for multiple hand grip positions.

French-Style Cheat
Modeled after a popular European design. Requires extra labor to build, and it can slightly raise the price of your StradSaw package.
